I am so happy to be back after a long break from blogging ! How are you all holding up so far ? We are all in this together but for sure not using this time equally . I am aware of how hard is being in the quarantine for this long but let’s use this time wisely and come out with stronger mindset and healthier body !
1. Detox your body : I could certainly speak hours on this topic as I have mastered this but hey we all love our bodies yes ? Then let’s do something nice for it . The way how I start my day is drinking warm water with lemon and apple cider vinegar. The next thing I do is drinking celery juices in the morning. There is nothing else more beneficial to put in your body as first thing in the morning. It cleanses your body, gut, acne, and psoriasis and many other benefits.If you want me to write more about this topic give me a hint in the comments .
2. Exfoliate your body: The same way we treat ourselves from inside out we have to ensure we give love to ourselves both ways. Twice a week exfoliation is perfect to maintain healthy and nourished skin. Make sure you use moisturizer afterwards.
3. Ease your mind: Meditation- Maybe will sound silly but all transformations are happening during the meditation. You get to know yourself better and deeper as well as come out inspired from it with new ideas no matter where you struggle in a life . Once a day try for 30 days and watch your life changing .
4. Read a book: It is very simple- we should never stop growing and developing. Books are there to empower you, give you a wake up call, teach you something new. What is your favorite book ? Type in below.
5. Total body exercise: Last but not least is exercising! We all know that it is very essential for a healthy body and mind and this should be every days routine of every human . There is no excuses for not exercising at least 3 times a week. There is plenty of online trainings where you can join or even if you have long walks on a days you don’t work out it will perfectly be fine .
